Erik Meltzer – Executive Director
Mr. Meltzer has more than a decade of experience in the broadcast journalism industry. He has worked in varying editorial roles from news producer, writer, cameraman and consultant. His travels have taken him to broadcast news outlets across the U.S., as well as Latin America and Europe. He serves on the Board of Governors of the National Press Club, the world’s leading professional organization for journalists. For seven years, he also served as news producer for an independent Chinese language broadcaster based in New York City.
Mr. Meltzer’s extensive travels have shown him the wonderful diversity, in culture and people, which the world has to offer. Over the years, he has worked extensively with a number of charitable efforts, with a main focus on traditional Chinese culture and the arts.
As Executive Director Mr. Meltzer oversees the development and implementation of all the foundation’s initiatives.
